Horizons Elite
Built for the person whose office it is.
Most software built for family offices is built for the staff — and the principal gets a login they never use. Horizons Elite is built from the opposite end: one calm surface that answers the questions only you would ask.
What it feels like to use
You sign in and see the whole family’s position — every household, every entity, every trust — as one number with its composition beneath it, on a page designed to be read in under a minute. The same number appears identically everywhere it appears, or it carries a plain label saying which basis it’s on.
That sounds small. It is the entire discipline of the product: a number you can’t reconcile is a number you can’t trust, so we never show you one.
When something needs you — an approval, a document to acknowledge, a decision the office can’t make without you — it arrives as a request addressed to you, with the thing itself attached, and a one-click way to act. Everything else stays with your team, where it belongs.
The office itself, in one place
The part families consistently respond to first is not a chart — it’s the running of the office finally living somewhere.
- Who to call
- Every attorney, CPA, custodian, insurer, and manager the family works with, in one registry — with the engagement letters, what they’re engaged for, and their renewal dates attached. When a situation arises, the answer to “who handles this?” is one look, not one hunt.
- Work that carries its context
- Tasks and requests move between the family and the team with the document, entity, or decision attached — labeled for what’s needed: review, approval, signature, acknowledgment.
- The physical world
- Properties, vehicles, staff, and the travel calendar — the registers, renewals, and pre-trip document checklists that usually live in one trusted person’s head — as shared surfaces the whole office can see and keep current.
- A memory the office can stand on
- Every access, every change, every approval is written to a trail your counsel can read. Institutional memory stops being a person and becomes a property of the system.
What your family sees
Access is deliberate, per person, per household. A spouse sees your household without being handed an approvals queue. An adult child being brought into stewardship sees their scope and a learning path sized to them — not a firehose, not a toy. An outside CPA sees exactly the households they serve and nothing else.
Every access, by anyone, is written to an audit trail your counsel can read. Nobody — including us — has to take anyone’s word for who saw what.
Why the numbers hold up
Under the surfaces is a forecasting and tax engine we have been hardening for years — the same engine, end to end, from federal, state, and multi-state tax law down to how a charitable trust distributes. Every number on every page traces to a computation we can show you, and independent financial and security audits are in procurement.
Where the product is not finished, it says so on the page — you will never find a screen that pretends.
Where it’s headed
The operating core — workspace, reporting, household operations, access control — is live. With our design-partner family office we are now building out, in order: the private investment pipeline, document intelligence for statements and K-1s, and custodian data feeds.
We publish what’s real and what’s next, and we don’t sell what isn’t built.
Engaging
Horizons Elite is offered by introduction, with a small number of founding families who shape the roadmap directly. Diligence materials — security posture, methodology, access documentation — are available on request.
